A criminal record can impact a person’s ability to get a job, obtain a loan, and/or receive a professional license or certification. After the Order is signed by the Judge, it needs to be sent to certain offices, including the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository. Those offices will then destroy any records they have regarding your arrest.
