I will aggressively exposes the weaknesses of the prosecutions case inorder to ensure that your rights are protected. I provide criminal defense for misdemeanor and felony offenses in the state courts of Pennsylvania. I also handle criminal defense cases in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

DUI/DWI and Related Offenses

If you have been charged with DUI or DWI, the first thing I will do is explore the circumstances surrounding your arrest.  If any aspect of your arrest was inappropriately accomplished the evidence obtained against you could be thrown out.   If law enforcement has made a mistake in your arrest, I will fight hard to protect you.

If this is your first DUI, then you may be eligible for accelerated rehabilitative disposition or A.R.D. It is a first offender program for both DUI and non-DUI crimes. Depending on your criminal history and the circumstances of your arrest, you may be a candidate for this program. If you successfully comply with the ARD requirements, then you may be eligible to file for an expungment to clear your record. Also, there are programs available to minimize the criminal punishment of a second or third DUI offense. The Intermediate Punishment Program, or I.P.P., can help you minimize jail time.

• Drug Charges: I will research your drug charges in order to find the weaknesses in the State's case. I handle a variety of drug charges including possession and intent to distribute.

• Traffic Charges: Traffic charges may result in points on your record. In addition to an increase in insurance rates, if you accumulate enough points, it may result in the suspension of your driving privileges. If you have been pulled over, I will help you minimize the repercussions on your driving record and to your driving privileges. 

• Parole and Probation Violations: There can be major consequences for the violation of parole or probation. I will aggressively negotiate on your behalf to minimize the repercussions of the alleged violation.
